Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Silent Knight 205104DA parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Skf products, including obsoleted and phased-out Skf parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Smc product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Skf such as the H3138 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the CYC3 manufactured by Skf and we are pleased to be able to service most Skf systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature CDQ2WB5050DMJ79W111G by Manufacturer Smc as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Skf Brand SAF517L in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Smart-Trak such as SMARTTRAK equipment made by Smart-Trak have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Smart-Trak products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Smart-Trak" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 4000126 made by Simco as well as the popular EPShN original spares produced by Simco

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 8CA10PRS1UL by Sinano and SMARTTRAK spares by Smart-Trak are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original SM231AENTQND Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Parker.
